Recommended Application Method

For best results, we recommend using a dual plate heat press or an add-on heat dualizer, specifically designed for Vevor Hat Press machines, to ensure optimal pressure and adhesion when applying your patch.

Pressing Instructions

The leather patches are considerably thicker than most materials and will require extra heat applied from the bottom of the hat to properly activate the adhesive due to their insulation characteristics. For detailed customization and pressing instructions, please refer to our Product Guide.

For standard designs, no approval is required. If your design needs adjustments, we’ll make the necessary modifications and send it back for your approval before production begins.
