Why dual heat
Heat from below. Gentler on the patch.
DuoForge warms the patch glue from behind, through the cap, so the top platen can run gentler on the patch face. The top platen spans the full front of the crown, and both curves are shaped around structured trucker caps like the Richardson 112.
