Great slim compact design! Love the dual lower and upper heat settings. Perfect for leather patches. So much more more affordable then any other dual heat products out there. Would buy again!
I do not know how else you guys can improve given the issue. I am having other than figure Ringe out why it will not hold temperature and correcting that issue other than that you guys have been great.
This thing Rips! I got through 75 hats in no time. No marks really. Looks good. Good heat and pressure. I would buy it again.
I have been using the standard gray but thought I'd give the vintage gray a try. I love the texture of this. This will be my go to gray moving forward.
I was excited to find something both portable and with a dual plate for hat patches. I knew the trusty Richardson caps would be fine, but I have been dreaming up different designs on the performance caps that have the dry fit mesh backs and a rope which can cause issues when clamping down. I was concerned they either wouldn't stick or would burn the caps. Between the rubber mats, adjusting the heat plates and playing with the placement - we got it! These are pictures of a quick idea run and but we had an even press and the patch stuck firm and lasted through fishing, outside in the heat and sweat.

I didn’t think a small piece of Silicone would make such a big difference. No platen marks on any hats so far. I love it. Make sure you get a two or three pack. They are awesome. The DuoForge press is pretty sweet too. You should get one. They are fast and consistent.

Very easy to use and operate. One suggestion is don’t forget a silicone mat while pressing because I accidentally forgot a couple time already and ruined some pvc patches.
My first order of 36 had 21 that had quality issues (blotches, black spots or lines, different color letters - some brown or black). I was sent replacements which were better but still had issues. I ordered 40 more in preparation of our town celebration. The majority of the order were great but others still had blotches.
Love the patches but discovered that my laser can’t quite give me the dark finish that I was hoping for so I will be ordering custom for my next set!
These laser great and turn out awesome. Pretty simple to warm up and get pressed on the hat too.
I had a repeat order for one of my customers that included heat-applied MetFlex patches. Our new Duo Forge Pro arrived just in time for production and did not disappoint! Production went without any issues. I was surprised that this press out performed our other more expensive hat press. We press 30+ patches on three different types of poly caps and nailed it on the first try. We are very pleased with our purchase and cant wait to see how it does on the next project.

This is the first time I am using the black to gold. I took the image and inverted the black and white so that the final product would be mostly gold. I made this for someone who is going to use it as a military hat badge. It came out great and the person I made it for loved. He has asked me to make more.

I wish a Richardson 112 fit more snug. I’ve only made about 10 hats but got a few bends in the cap. Might be my pressure setting not sure. But overall I’m happy
Awesome patches
Super easy to use. I am just starting out and I had a different hat press but I kept getting creases. I am sure it was used error but since I bought this press I have yet to get any creases and the patch is locked down perfectly!! Great Product!
The Hat Press is super simple to operate. Will make my life way simpler than using an Iron.
Shipping has SUCKED lately. We used to get the. fairly quick and now USPS SUCKS. It was in three places in Oklahoma, two places in California, Montana, and two places in North Dakota and sat there for two days. Products are great but different shipping options would be great.

Love my duoforge. Bought it for a 80 piece cap order and also used it to press patches on koozies. Easy to operate. A 15 second press then. 30 second press perfection.

I upgraded from the vevor 4 and 1 heat press, I was using a cricut hat pressing form to help reduce any lines when pressing. It was working great, but very time consuming. I saw that this press was on sale and greared towards the Richardson 112s, which is mostly what o have been using. I have only done 2 hats so far on this press. Still need to get some setting down to get a good press. I am having issues with the top of the leatherette patch adhering properly. And the bottom platen moves which not sure what that is for. With that all being said, I haven't had much experience with the press so far, but I chose to buy this based on the facebook advertising about it being the best for Richardson 112 hats.
Patch Crafters products and service never disappoints. I will not use any other leatherette product on my hats. My customers love the final products.
Love it. Worked great right out of the box. First hat off this press, sample hat with leatherette patch with DTF lettering. Works so much better than our Amazon special.
