SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPMENT INSURANCE:
Insurance is crucial for safeguarding your purchase. We recommend that both domestic and international customers secure insurance for their orders, especially for orders exceeding $200 in value, to ensure full coverage for any issues such as in-transit damage or loss.

When you opt for insurance, your order's full value is 100% covered against such incidents.

HOW ARE INSURANCE CLAIMS HANDLED?
In the event of a lost or damaged insured order, we will file a claim with the insurer and assist in expediting the approval process, which may take 5-15 business days. Providing photos of any damage can help speed up this process. Once approved, we offer the choice of a full replacement or refund.

WHAT IF I DON’T BUY INSURANCE?
Insurance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Without insurance, the financial responsibility shifts to the customer for any loss or damage. Nonetheless, we will endeavor to assist in tracking down any issues with your shipment.

NON-INSURANCE CLAIMS:
For orders that are lost or damaged during transit and were not insured, we kindly request that you contact us at support@patchcrafters.com. While we are ready to assist by communicating with the carrier to address your concerns, please understand that Patch Crafters does not assume liability for uninsured shipments. Resolution options provided by the carrier may be limited, and we cannot guarantee compensation for such orders. We strongly encourage our customers to consider purchasing insurance to safeguard their investments.

Our standard processing period is 1-4 business days. Busy seasons and product customization may extend this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • Free Shipping: 3-5 days plus processing time, tracking included, insurance optional.
  • Priority and UPS upgrades available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship globally from our base, with varied costs based on order specifics. Tracking is standard, with insurance highly recommended to protect against loss or damage.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT FEES:
Customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and duties, which are not included at checkout. Refused shipments cannot be refunded.

SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION AND TRACKING:
You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed, with updates within 24-48 hours of carrier pickup.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS:
For any shipping issues, including lost orders or damages, contact us at support@patchcrafters.com. We will assist with insurance claims or liaise with carriers for uninsured orders to resolve the issue.

MISSING ITEMS:
If your order is incomplete, email support@patchcrafters.com with your order number and a photo of the packing slip and received items for assistance.
