How it works
- Upload your logo in the designer and add text if you want.
- Pick a shape, a leather color and an edge: 17 shapes, 9 leathers, plain or stitched with real black or tan thread.
- Check the live preview. It redraws your patch with every choice, so you see the result before you pay.
- We engrave and ship in 2–7 business days.
Details
- Minimum: 12 identical patches per design.
- Size: up to 3.54" wide × 2.55" tall (90 × 65 mm). The exact size depends on the shape. Need a specific size? Add it to the notes before you check out.
- Stitched edge: +$2.00 per patch.
- Volume pricing: 24+ 12% off · 36+ 16% · 50+ 18% · 100+ 20% · 250+ 22% · 500+ 25% · 700+ 27% · 1,000+ 30%.
- Back: heat-activated adhesive with no liner. The film on the back is the adhesive, so don't peel it off.
- Custom patches are made to order, so they can't be returned or combined with other discounts.
How to press
Thick leather needs heat from inside the hat, so a press with a heated bottom platen works best.
- DuoForge: 300°F top, 320°F bottom. Pre-heat the cap for 25 s, then press the patch for 25 s.
- Other dual-heat cap presses: 270–290°F top, 300–320°F bottom. Press the patch for 45 s at medium pressure.
- Top-heat-only cap press: 300°F. Pre-heat the cap for 45 s, then press the patch for 45 s, adding 10–15 s if needed.

Natural leather
Small marks, scars and slight differences in thickness are part of real leather. They make each patch one of a kind.
