Each patch is cut from 100% vegetable-tanned full-grain leather, 4–5 oz thick (approx. 1.6–2.0 mm), offering a robust feel, long-lasting performance, and a naturally luxurious look.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Heat-Activated Adhesive: Every patch comes backed with our exclusive PatchCrafters adhesive for effortless, lasting application.

• Completely Blank: Patches without stitches are 100% blank—no engraving, no stitched edges—just the clean cut shape you select.

• Natural Leather Traits: Expect subtle marks, small scars, or minor thickness variations. These are not defects but authentic characteristics of real leather, making every piece unique.

• Processing Time: Blank patches typically ship within 1–4 business days due to their handcrafted manufacturing process.

🛠️ Recommended Application

For best results, we strongly recommend:

• A dual-plate heat press or a Heat Dualizer add-on (ideal for Vevor Hat Press machines).

• Extra heat applied from the bottom of the hat—the thickness of full-grain leather requires additional heat for proper adhesive activation.
